If you aren't in Love with your purchase, We're proud to offer a risk-free 90-day money-back guarantee! 

If 90 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How to claim your money back:

1. To be eligible to claim a refund, products must have purchased from www.amyfinds.com

2. On the day your order is delivered, email a customer care representative at support@amyfinds.com with the subject header "Refund" or "90 Day Money-Back Guarantee" with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.

 - Upon approval, you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

3. Once approved, return the product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.

4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.

Real postage costs for the sending and return of the product are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.

5. Once returned, our Product's purchase price will be refunded to you.


Damaged Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving the products at support@amyfinds.com with pictures of the damaged item and order number. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Stolen/Lost Packages

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided for the order. Upon inquiry, we can confirm the delivery with the shipping company and the address provided.

Shipping costs paid by customers are non-refundable.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel an order if it has already been processed. 

If order is cancelled within 30 minutes, before our team starts working on the order, there is a transaction fee of $10 per each order and the order could be cancelled.

support@amyfinds.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

If your package is non-deliverable due to insufficient address or incomplete personal information ( your full name, email or phone number) please contact us immediately at 

support@amyfinds.com with your Order Number. You will be responsible for paying all of the secondary charges due to customer address errors.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.
